A new, fully remote (in SA) opportunity for a Mid-weight Account & Operations Manager has opened up at a small UK based End-to-End Digital Product Marketing agency.
This newly created role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing project management, administering HubSpot, and ensuring efficient agency operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
We’re looking for an experienced Account & Operations Manager to join a dynamic, global team working on international B2B clients in FinTech and SaaS (Software as a Service). Someone with excellent client service skills, who is able to engage with clients and successfully bridge the gap between agency and client.
We’re on the hunt for an Account & Operations Manager who is multi-skilled and able to collaborate as a team player. You will need to be/become HubSpot certified and must be HubSpot proficient. It would be a big plus if you can stretch your skills beyond client service and jump in on front end work.

Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and aligning agency services to meet those needs.
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
HubSpot Administration
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of client information within HubSpot.
- Generate reports and insights from HubSpot to inform strategic decisions.
Client Reporting
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and client KPIs.
- Use data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure transparency and regular communication with clients regarding project status and outcomes.
Operational Management
- Streamline agency operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management and Operations within a digital agency setting.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- HubSpot certified and high proficiency on HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
