In this terrific role, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Digital Marketing strategies of the company. The main purpose of this position is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement and conversion through various online Marketing channels. You will be charged with uploading and scheduling PPC/Paid Social/Social Media.  

The successful candidate will need to be highly proficient in various Digital Marketing channels such as Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising and Search Engine Marketing. You will be expected to continuously monitor, measure, and analyse the performance of these campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices is vital to your success, as you will need to proactively recommend new Digital Marketing strategies or emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition. You will have a budget to manage, and it will be your responsibility to allocate it effectively to maximise return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Create and implement online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, display advertising and search engine marketing
  • Upload and schedule PPC/Paid Social/Social Media – important
  • Manage and optimise the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimised for search engines, and effectively communicates the brand’s value proposition
  • Continuously track, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements in the form of a bi-monthly report
  • SEO and SEM experience, ensuring strong organic search visibility and effective pay-per-click and paid social campaigns
  • Collaborate with key influencers and content creators to create engaging and impactful digital content including social media and video content
  • Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation through various channels, and promptly address any negative feedback or customer issues
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and costs effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment
  • Partnership management (building strategic relationships)
  • Managing customer acquisition through paid partnerships.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • A demonstrated knowledge of the branded consumer goods marketplace and the practices employed to propel a business forward
  • Experience with content production supporting premium lifestyle brands
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
