We have a top-notch opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Account Executive to work across all retail accounts in-office at a dynamic full-service, creative agency in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering technical, creative, and administrative support on integrated digital campaigns that elevate clients’ online and social media presence. Your deep understanding of digital marketing, including the ins and outs of web and app development, paired with a proactive, customer service-driven approach, will set you up for success.
We’re looking for a Digital Account Executive with 3 or more years of agency experience, so if you’re a natural executor with a flair for social media, you could be the perfect fit for this exciting role. Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Industry relevant tertiary qualification
- 3+ Years of Digital Agency/Department experience
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Fundamental understanding of marketing communications disciplines
- Strong Analytical Skills
- An excellent relationship builder and collaborator
- Able to prioritise and multitask while working in a busy team
- Always demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach
- Strong administration skills
- Possess a can-do attitude with strong initiative
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Possess effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to self-supervise in order to meet deadlines
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and oral English.
