In accordance with the proposed legislation in regard to the POPI Act, which includes the collection, usage, shortage, dissemination, modification or destruction of information, Viv Gordon Placements (Pty) Ltd, in accordance with the principles of POPI will:

only collect information that is needed for a specific purpose;
apply reasonable security measures to protect it;
ensure that the information is relevant and up to date;
only hold information which is required and only for a period of time in which it is needed;
only allow the subject of the information to be seen upon request and with the necessary consent of the owner

Hereby furnish Viv Gordon Placements (Pty) Ltd with consent to do the following in order to enable the said Viv Gordon Placements (Pty) Ltd to carry out its mandate on my behalf in respect to:

to represent me in seeking employment
to confirm the references I have provided
to perform Education, Credit and Criminal checks on me
to retain my records for a period of 5 years

I understand that Viv Gordon Placements (Pty) Ltd is a recruitment agency who will not send any of my personal information without my prior permission.
