We have a picture-perfect on-site opportunity for a Junior to Mid-weight Video Editor to join the creative team at a small 360˚ advertising and post-production agency based in Cape Town’s CBD.
You’ll craft performance-driven video content from raw footage to final export, adapting edits across formats and platforms with digital nuance in mind. From on-set data handling to motion integration and polished grading, you’ll ensure every piece is sharp, seamless, and platform-ready.

Responsibilities
- Editing and cutting of provided or self-created raw footage for multiple formats, including 9:16, 16:9, 4:5, and 1:1
- Adaptation of video content for various digital channels and performance-driven use cases
- On-set support as DIT (Data Wrangler), including data handling and basic quality control
- Creation and integration of motion design elements into video assets
- Ensuring technical and qualitative accuracy of all output formats
- Maintaining consistent quality standards across all video deliverables.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Strong background in professional video editing experience in the premium segment
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve (Edit & Grading)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is an advantage
- Creative all-rounder with a strong sense for visual motion trends and proven experience editing high-performing short-form video content for Acquire, Bond, and Convert objectives
- High quality standards and strong attention to detail
- Structured and reliable file management, data organisation, and archiving practices.
