We have a fantastic on-site opportunity for a reliable and adaptable Office & Digital Administrator to support the owner of a boutique clothing brand in Cape Town.
This is a varied role in a small, close-knit office combining day-to-day tasks with creative digital support. While the focus is on daily admin and operations, a key element is digital and Marketing support, making proficiency in Canva essential.
Some social media and Shopify experience is preferred.
This is a stable, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, not a fast-track position, but a chance to support a brand’s day-to-day with care and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Operations & administration
- Stock & order management
- E-commerce (Shopify management)
- Upload new products and remove sold out styles on Shopify
- Keep product info, images and stock levels up to date
- Design and update website banners
- Update stockist listings on the website
- Respond to online customer queries and provide support
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Create and schedule content across social platforms (posts + reels)
- Assist with planning content around launches and drops
- Manage basic Meta ad setup and monitoring
- Update email signatures in line with seasonal ranges
- Catalogue & design support
- Assist with shoot planning, preparation and coordination
- Showroom Support.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Matric required together with at least 3 years’ general administration experience
- Canva skills – non-negotiable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
- Proficiency in social media platforms preferred
- Excellent administration skills
- An organised and efficient individual who can multitask and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Systems oriented with good attention to detail.
- A flexible, self-driven individual who is able to work autonomously while maintaining open channels of communication with a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Microsoft Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel) with demonstrated experience using PowerPoint for work purposes.
- Experience with the other listed tools* is a distinct advantage.
