We’re looking for a Mid-weight Creative Director to join a full-service creative ad agency in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs in an on-site role, taking creative and production projects from first spark through to final execution.
You’ll support the Creative Director across concept development, strategy and client presentations while leading multiple projects and creative teams. Think big ideas, smart creative strategy and standout execution – while keeping work on-brand, on-brief, on-budget and on time.
You’ll lead and participate in brainstorms, direct the development of creative work, allocate resources and guide team performance, ensuring the work delivers on client objectives and brand values while staying on-budget and on time.
What you’ll bring
- 5–8 years’ agency experience in a similar role.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand and design principles and development.
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams.
- Strong concept and strategy development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A strong creative mind with the ability to motivate and direct others.
- A finger on the pulse of the latest creative trends, strategies and technologies.
