Calling all creative all-rounders!
We have an exciting in-office opportunity for Junior Designers to join a dynamic, multi-brand business in Cape Town.
We’re looking for passionate, creative designers with 1–4 years’ experience who love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop their skills across digital, print, social media and video content.
If you’re equally comfortable creating eye-catching designs, getting involved in content production and bringing fresh ideas to the table, we’d love to hear from you!
Where You’ll Get Creative

Designing social media posts, carousels, Stories and campaign assets.

Creating digital advertising for Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.

Designing outdoor advertising, billboards, posters, signage and in-venue screens.

Adapting creative concepts across four distinct brand identities.

Preparing artwork for digital and print production.
-
Shooting and editing TikToks, Reels and other short-form video content.

Capturing content at venues, including events, experiences and activations.

Keeping up with social media trends and translating them into relevant branded content.

Assisting with basic front-end website design issues.

Supporting campaign rollouts and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
What You’ll Bring To The Party

1–4 years’ relevant design experience.

Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.

Competent video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.

Confidence shooting content on a smartphone or camera.

A good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising formats.

Strong typography, layout, composition and conceptual design skills.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

An understanding of responsive web design and basic HTML/CSS would be advantageous.
