Account Executive – Advertising (Integrated)

We have a terrific, on-site opportunity for a dynamic Account Executive at a one-stop full-service creative agency in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.
We’re on the hunt for a solutions-focused Account Executive who thrives in a busy creative agency environment. If you’re someone who enjoys juggling projects, building client relationships, and keeping all the moving parts of a campaign running like clockwork, this one’s for you. You’ll act as the vital link between client and agency – managing timelines, budgets, communication, and coordination with flair and precision.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Certificate/Diploma/BA Degree specialising in Sales and/or Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar level sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, in at least English and Afrikaans
- Ability to build strong and mutually rewarding professional relationships
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A strong business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the latest advertising and marketing trends
- Proficiency with numbers, budgets and time management
- Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve.
