BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER: PURPOSE-LED ORGANISATION

Marketing, Writer / Creator – Content (Digital / Print / Video)
Stellenbosch – Western Cape

Great content can build a brand. What if it could help build something more?

We have a meaningful on-site opportunity in Stellenbosch for a Brand & Content Manager to join a purpose-led investment organisation operating at the intersection of business, investment and social impact.

At its heart, this is a writing role. We’re looking for an exceptional storyteller who can move comfortably between polished B2B corporate communication and content with genuine humanity and emotion. Someone who can find the story, shape the message and make people care – without losing sight of the brand or business behind it.

But words are only part of your toolkit. You’ll need a strong visual eye and hands-on design ability, with the confidence to take an idea from blank page to finished piece yourself.

WORK WITH MEANING

You’ll work closely with the Head of Communications to build the brand across its touchpoints – creating content, managing digital channels and campaigns, and bringing in specialist partners when needed.

This is an organisation shaped by its faith-based values and ethos, so genuine alignment with those values matters.

BRAND THINKER. HANDS-ON CREATOR.

You can write the article, shape the campaign, create the visual, draft the social copy, update the website and use AI intelligently to make the process better – while always keeping an eye on the bigger brand story.

Want to put your skills behind work with real purpose and meaning? We’d love to hear from you. Apply today.

What You’ll Create, Shape & Own

·        Conceptualise, write and produce high-quality content that engages audiences, builds the brand and tells its story with clarity and consistency.

·        Manage social media from content creation through to scheduling, publishing and community engagement.

·        Monitor and analyse communications and campaign performance, using insights to inform strategy.

·        Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns.

·        Manage stakeholder relationships and brief and oversee contractors and suppliers.

·        Stay current with digital marketing, platform and AI developments, applying relevant tools to content production, research and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

·        A Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in marketing, brand management or digital communications.

·        5 years’ experience in marketing and communications, including campaign conceptualisation and implementation, data analysis and performance management.

·        Excellent copywriting skills, backed by a strong visual eye and hands-on design ability.

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar, Keynote and PowerPoint.

·        Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, social media content creation, web content management and email platforms.

·        WordPress proficiency and strong project management skills.

·        Alignment with the organisation’s values and principles is essential to this role.

·        Experience within a similar faith-based work environment would be advantageous.

·        Video creation/editing experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
