We have a robust in-office opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join the marketing team of a dynamic, young, entrepreneurial property group based in Cape Town.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically minded marketer with a strong visual eye and a hands-on approach to brand management. Working across a fast-paced property and lifestyle ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in shaping, managing, and elevating a portfolio of brands across multiple platforms and touchpoints – ensuring every campaign, communication, and creative output reflects a consistent, premium standard.

From leading brand rollouts and overseeing content direction to managing newsletters, coordinating creative suppliers, and driving social media alignment, you’ll be deeply involved in both the thinking and the doing.

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the Group brand ecosystem across all entities and touchpoints.
- Ensure all outputs align with their positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen, refine, and elevate the Group brand over time.
- Oversee the rollout and implementation of branded assets, campaigns, templates, and collateral.
- Protect and maintain consistency across digital, social, email, print, and presentation channels.
- Lead the operational rollout of Group Entity deliverables and monthly brand activity.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent quality and execution standards across all Group-facing work.
- Drive alignment across multiple entities while maintaining each brand’s positioning within the broader ecosystem.
- Lead content direction and storytelling across the Group ecosystem.
- Oversee Group social media execution across all relevant platforms.
- Guide platform consistency, messaging, and visual alignment across entities.
- Coordinate content creation and copy adaptation where required.
- Lead photography and visual content direction across the ecosystem.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, shot lists, editing workflows, and creative delivery timelines.
- Oversee Group newsletters, database communications, and ongoing audience engagement activity.
- Guide segmentation, scheduling, formatting, and communication quality across all Group entities.
- Ensure communications align with broader brand positioning, campaign objectives, and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, consistency, and audience experience across communication channels.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing & Creative Assistant across day-to-day marketing and creative delivery.
- Allocate, oversee, and quality-check operational marketing tasks and creative outputs.
- Maintain structured workflows, systems, and delivery standards across Group marketing activity.
- Drive accountability, consistency, and operational efficiency within the brand Manage relationships with external suppliers, creative partners, photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- Develop clear briefs and oversee creative delivery across campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Review and quality-check external outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards and positioning.
- Manage timelines, delivery expectations, and production quality across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a recognised design qualification.
- Proficiency in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Hands on email execution experience.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Confident design sense with the ability to adapt and review brand materials.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is desirable; candidates must be willing and able to learn these tools as needed.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
