CLIENT LEAD: LEADING AD AGENCY (NAMIBIA) – FULLY REMOTE

Account Executive – Advertising (Integrated)
Remote, Namibia – AFRICA

Look sharp – we have a tremendous, fully remote opportunity for a Mid Client Lead (Account Executive) with Telecoms experience at a leading, international ad agency. This remote position is suitable for candidates based in South Africa (preferred) or Namibia.
 
As Client Lead, you will serve as the strategic and operational anchor of the client relationship. You’ll set the pace, maintain clarity, and ensure quality across every stage of delivery. You keep the agency and client aligned, drive momentum, and elevate the work through structured leadership, clear communication, and a strong creative eye.

Responsibilities
 
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, solution focused relationships.
    • Lead briefs, timelines, approvals, and campaign rollouts across ATL, BTL, digital, events, media, and production.
    • Ensure seamless communication and integration between internal teams and external partners.
    • Support strategic planning and contribute to insights, creative reviews, and campaign development.
    • Oversee financial and administrative accuracy: budgets, job bags, scopes, reconciliations.
    • Maintain high delivery standards from briefing through final production and post campaign reporting.
    • Participate in insights development, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Identify growth opportunities across accounts and elevate overall service delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with teams in Namibia and South Africa within a hybrid model.  
 
 
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
 
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in advertising (agency experience essential).
    • Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector or on a Telecoms account – a must have.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of full integrated processes: ATL, BTL, digital, events, and production.
    • A sharp, creative eye, able to recognise strong ideas, good execution, and brand alignment.
    • Retail or FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and articulate.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Leadership ability with confidence in delegation and motivating teams.  
    • Proactive, assertive, solutions-driven “driver” personality.  
    • A team player with the ability to mentor and inspire.  
    • Fluent in English; Afrikaans is an advantage.
    • Available to travel to Namibia for major projects, campaign rollouts, immersions, and strategy sessions.
    • Based in South Africa or Namibia, with the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working model.
