We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator to join a leading e-commerce brand in Cape Town in a hybrid role, helping turn customer data and behaviour into smarter, more engaging CRM campaigns.

Equal parts analytical and creative, you’ll support the CRM Manager across email campaigns, customer engagement, retention and revenue growth – coordinating everything from briefs and content to testing, QA, segmentation and reporting.

This is one for someone who notices the details others miss. You’ll work across Creative, Brand, Digital, Analytics and Sales Merchandise, using customer insights to help deliver the right message, improve campaign performance and keep customers engaged.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–3 years’ experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally within e-commerce or online marketing.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys or similar.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn data into useful insights and recommendations.

• Exposure to web analytics and multivariate testing techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative problem-solving ability.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

• A collaborative approach and experience working with developers, creatives and copywriters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; Jira, Asana, Tableau, Litmus and Sailthru experience is advantageous.

• Experience with mobile email optimisation and responsive email template builds is a plus.
