We have an exciting on-site opportunity for a highly creative and tech-savvy Mid-weight Integrated & Digital Designer to join a dynamic marketing team at a home and lifestyle company near Century City in Cape Town.

You will be given the opportunity to work across digital, print, and retail branding, creating everything from engaging social media content and email campaigns to in-store signage, seasonal catalogues, and POS materials. Responsibilities
- Optimise and resize graphics for the website using WordPress, ensuring banners, product visuals, and digital assets are fresh and optimised.
- Design and execute visually compelling email campaigns incorporating animations and interactive elements.
- Design engaging graphics, for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and website assets.
- Regular Design of Seasonal Catalogues, category catalogues, Look Books and New Arrivals
- Optimise and resize graphics, GoogleAds, social media, emailers, and advertising materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop and design in-store branding materials, including signage, price tickets, promotional materials, and POS displays.
- Oversee the design and production of print media, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually impactful materials.
- Conceptualise and execute creative branding ideas for seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
- Stay up to date with AI-driven design trends and explore new technologies to enhance creative processes.
- Integrate AI for content automation, image enhancement, and personalised marketing assets.
- Continuously learn and experiment with innovative design solutions to elevate the company’s digital and retail presence.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all creative assets align with the brand identity and strategy.
- Effectively manage multiple projects while prioritising and meeting tight deadlines.
- Be a team player who embraces feedback, contributes fresh ideas, and adapts to new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Relevant Visual Communications qualification
- Proven experience in multimedia and graphic design with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content updates.
- Familiarity with email marketing
- Strong understanding of print production processes, signage design, and retail branding materials.
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies in multimedia design and marketing.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- A curious and eager learner who embraces new trends, tools, and innovations in design.
