We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a dynamic, Mid-weight Global Digital Brand Manager to work at a renowned Tertiary Educational Institution in Cape Town.
 
LET’S BE HONEST ABOUT THIS ROLE…
 
You won’t just be posting on social media or running the occasional ad campaign. You’ll be responsible for keeping the institution’s entire digital presence running smoothly – and improving it constantly.
 
That means managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta, keeping the website updated and optimised on WordPress, coordinating CRM communications, and making sure the brand shows up consistently across every digital touchpoint.
 
You’ll also be the person looking at the numbers (campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics) and asking the important question: what can we do better next time?
 
Working closely with agencies and internal teams, you’ll keep digital campaigns moving, help launch new initiatives, and ensure the institution’s digital channels are working together to attract and convert prospective students.
 
Experience within the education sector will be a strong advantage.

What you’ll bring
 
    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar
    • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or brand communications
    • Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
    • Experience updating and managing websites via WordPress or similar CMS
    • Working knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting
    • Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous)
    • Ability to coordinate digital content across web, social and CRM channels
    • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
