We have a terrifically exciting fully remote opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Producer exposed to high volume global brands, working on fully automated systems at a global, London-based, independent, integrated, creative agency.
We’re looking for a digital-first production lead who can step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment and bring clarity, structure and control to complex campaign delivery. You’ll manage digitally led campaigns end-to-end (from master asset development through localisation and final rollout across display, social and video).
Strong platform experience across CM360, Google Studio and HTML5 is essential, along with hands-on QA oversight and exposure to global rollouts across multiple markets and languages. You’ll be the central point connecting internal teams, external partners and clients, ensuring work moves smoothly from concept to launch with quality and precision.
This role calls for confident project ownership – managing schedules, budgets, tracking and reporting – while maintaining a clear view of both the detail and the bigger picture. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio and varied briefs, balancing speed with craft in an environment where deadlines can be tight and expectations high.
You’ll need to be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable operating autonomously, while building a strong working relationship with the Production Director and wider team. Experience across digital display, social and video is key, with working knowledge of print and film production supporting your broader delivery capability.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Relevant industry qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience as a digital campaign manager / project manager within a production-led agency environment, with a strong emphasis on digital and social-first campaigns.
- Deep, practical understanding of digital formats and production requirements, including HTML5, social video, static and dynamic display, rich media, and platform-specific creative standards.
- Experience delivering global campaigns across multiple markets and languages, with an appreciation for localisation, transcreation and scale.
- A strong creative-production sensibility across digital display, social, press, video and HTML assets, with a clear understanding of how ideas translate into deliverable outputs.
- Proven digital-first campaign and project/production management experience, with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery within a small, highly collaborative team.
- A genuine care for craft, detail and the overall quality of the output – not just delivery, but delivery done properly.
- The ability to work autonomously while also acting as a dependable senior presence within the wider production team.
- Hands-on experience managing the creative delivery process within Campaign Manager 360 and Google Studio, including creative upload, asset management, version control, testing and pre-release QA.
- Experience managing transcreation workflows internally and with clients across digital and social (as well as print and film), delivering to agreed scope, timings and budget.
- Strong experience planning, managing and delivering production schedules with internal teams, external partners and clients across digital, social, print and film.
- A calm, solution-driven mindset – someone who brings clarity to complexity and remains constructive, even when under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of project financials and the impact of decisions on cost, scope and delivery.
- The ability to think several steps ahead, proactively identifying risks to delivery and putting mitigation in place early.
- Sound judgement when managing scope and budget, with the confidence to challenge unrealistic expectations while maintaining strong working relationships with account teams and clients.
- Experience owning PO creation and job reconciliation (unless managed by specialist teams), with a clear understanding of end-to-end production accountability.
- Good instinct on when to escalate, when to delegate, and when to intervene – raising issues early, clearly and to the right people.
