Responsibilities
    • Collaborate closely with both the IT department and the broader Marketing team to provide insights grounded in data to improve customer relationship management strategies.
    • Extract and integrate multiple data sources to analyse customer patterns and behaviour and provide actionable insights relating to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Utilise statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques to identify growth opportunities, optimise pricing strategies, provide menu insights, and predict customer behaviours.
    • Conduct A/B testing, experimentation and measurement analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and visual representations to monitor and evaluate key marketing KPIs.
    • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
    • Assist the Customer Insights Manager in compiling comprehensive reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across different organisational levels.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of the Innovation Centre’s capabilities in consumer insights and research.
    • Keep abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices in the realm of marketing analytics.
 
 
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data analysis, Computer Science, or a related field, an advanced Degree is a plus.
    • 3-5 years’ experience with SQL querying (Non-negotiable).
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Data Analytics, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, similar role, preferably in the food industry and/or in marketing or an insights-driven environment.
    • Proficiency and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex marketing datasets.
    • Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and segmentation techniques.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches (e.g. customer lifetime value, A/B testing and customer engagement topics)
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
