A tremendous in-office opportunity has opened up for an organised, Mid-Weight Marketing Project Coordinator at a recognised global wellness group’s HQ in Cape Town.
 
The company is on a mission to inspire people to live active, healthier lives, and they’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Project Coordinator to help make that mission real. Sitting at the heart of their marketing engine, you’ll support campaign delivery, centralise creative, manage timelines, and help bring bold, disruptive ideas to life. This role calls for someone who thrives in the details, is confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and can keep complex moving parts neatly aligned. You’ll take ownership, stay a step ahead, and ensure every marketing activity remains on track. High attention to detail and a strong understanding of marketing are key.

Responsibilities
 
    • Manage the end-to-end coordination of all digital and brand marketing briefs.
    • Track and communicate campaign timelines, deadlines, and dependencies.
    • Act as the central link between internal teams, creative, media, and agencies to keep projects running smoothly.
    • Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar and proactively flag bottlenecks or risks.
    • Centralise and organise all creative assets across platforms and campaigns.
    • Ensure creative files are correctly labelled, version-controlled, and easily accessible for internal and external use.
    • Support in packaging and distributing assets across digital, social, product and external media teams.  
    • Coordinate internal check-ins, campaign WIPs, and task tracking to keep everyone aligned.
    • Share regular status updates with stakeholders across departments.
    • Ensure clear communication of campaign progress, changes, and deliverables at all times.  
    • Support the team in coordinating logistics for brand activations, sponsorships and in club events.
    • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure on brand, seamless delivery.
    • Assist with planning timelines, budgets and post-activation wrap-ups.
    • Assist in the creation of professional presentations, strategy decks, and campaign reports.
    • Format decks in line with brand CI and ensure stakeholder ready output.
 
 
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
 
    • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
    • 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project support or coordination role
    • Solid project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
    • Ability to collaborate across multiple business units, functions, departments, etc.
    • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Docs
    • Exposure to project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello) is a plus
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and creative formats (social, display, email)
    • A natural organiser and problem solver
    • Calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Love bringing people together and seeing projects through to the finish line
    • Passionate about health, fitness and the brand
    • Always one step ahead and love a good checklist
    • Able to manage multiple stakeholders
