Cape Town – Western Cape
We’re rolling out the red carpet for a sizzling opportunity in the hospitality space! If you’ve ever dreamed of bringing luxury brand stories to life from behind the scenes, this one’s got your name embroidered on the robe.
We’re on the lookout for a savvy Mid-Weight Marketing Specialist to join a small, tight-knit marketing team in-office in Cape Town for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is your backstage pass to the inner workings of not one, not two, but three boutique, family-owned hotel properties across Cape Town and Stellenbosch – each with its own signature style, loyal guests, and stories waiting to be told.
This is a hands-on role (think concierge-level service with a creative twist), working closely with the Head of Marketing to keep all marketing efforts smooth, cohesive, and on-brand. From dreamy digital content and engaging social media to website updates and campaign rollouts, you’ll help ensure every guest-facing moment is on point.
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day marketing implementation, working with internal departments and trusted external partners to make sure the magic happens on time and in style. If you’re a proactive doer, love the buzz of hotel life, and have a knack for creative detail – you’re the one we want behind the front desk of our marketing operation.
So, whether you’re updating menus or managing reels, coordinating activations or briefing photographers – pack your marketing toolkit and come help us craft unforgettable guest experiences.
