We have a tremendous opportunity at a global health supplements company for a Mid-weight Marketing Specialist in either Cape Town or Johannesburg.
We’re looking for a hard-working and driven Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in this company’s journey to create a global ingestible beauty and targeted wellness brand.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Agency Management: Manage and lead agencies to achieve marketing programs/campaigns.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive online visibility and customer engagement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Set up monthly meetings with agencies to analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, videos, ads, and social media graphics.
- Event Planning: Planning, coordinating, and executing events, competitions, and other marketing-related events activities.
- Supplier Management: Liaises with multiple suppliers for printing, merchandise, marketing material, labelling and packaging.
- Affiliate Management: Manage and grow the company’s affiliate program.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Relevant Marketing Degree
- 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within an agency.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop) – Not a requirement but a nice to have.
