Responsibilities
- Manage the running of an account from strategy and brief through to final outcome, following the agency processes meticulously
- Proactively build strong, collaborative relationships with all involved, from your client to your creative, media, digital, production, planning, administration and finance colleagues
- Confidently present and advocate for the work produced by your team, as well as effectively communicate your client’s strategic needs and feedback
- Ensure that the work is produced within deadline and budget parameters
- Write strong, clear, concise briefs
- Meticulously administer your project management tasks within the process
- Identify potential project issues and problem solve accordingly
- Stay up to date on industry and market trends relating to both your brands and the agency
- Manage a budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Industry relevant marketing-related Degree or Diploma
- Show a solid understanding of 360 marketing with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Advertising Agency experience – a must have
- Experience working on alcohol brands (not wine) – a must have
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Collaborative, innovative, and flexible across multiple projects
- Organised, self-motivated and able to make decisions on their own
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an excellent command of English
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Display excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have a knowledge of advertising agency systems such as Chase and Asana
- Have a track record that suggests leadership qualities and a sense of service.
