Bold ideas start with brilliant design! We have a tremendous on-site opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to bring their bold ideas and brilliant designs to a leading creative studio in Cape Town.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will take the design lead on creative projects, shaping visually compelling work across digital, print, and motion. You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality designs that elevate brands, guide junior designers, and contribute to a collaborative, creatively driven studio environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process – Take projects from concept to final execution, ensuring all work is visually outstanding and strategically aligned.
- Create high-impact visuals – Design across multiple touchpoints, including digital, print, social, and motion.
- Collaborate & elevate – Work alongside a team of designers, strategists, and creatives to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
- Guide & inspire – Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain creative standards – Ensure brand consistency while always looking for ways to evolve and innovate.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Industry relevant qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or branding.
