We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Senior PR Account Manager with some basic social media skills to join the team at an award-winning PR & communications agency in Cape Town.
Working across an exciting mix of B2B and B2C clients spanning a variety of sectors, you’ll play a hands-on role managing client relationships, leading a team of two to three and delivering high-quality PR campaigns from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally personable, with exceptional communication and writing skills, strong project and budget management experience, and the confidence to build lasting client relationships while mentoring and supporting those around them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships across a diverse client portfolio.
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of two to three while overseeing performance, support and development.
- Writing media pitches and reviewing press releases, articles and other PR content.
- Managing multiple projects and campaign budgets across advertising, marketing and influencer initiatives, working closely with the Finance Manager.
- Supporting clients with basic social media activity, particularly LinkedIn, where it adds strategic value.
- Using Canva and ClickUp to support the smooth delivery of campaigns.
You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous PR agency experience.
- Strong writing and editing ability.
- Proven project and budget management experience.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach to agency life.
- Proficiency in Canva and ClickUp.
