This exciting tech company is a first-to-market procurement platform with a core offering that encompasses geolocation tracking, supply chain traceability, performance analysis, and financial services solutions under a single platform that will allow producers unprecedented productivity increases.
We are looking for a talented, very motivated UX/Product Designer to take the lead in creating and delivering innovative, user-centric design solutions that elevate the company’s products and delight their clients. Yours is a critical role in defining the product’s usability and experience, directly influencing the product experience at a strategic level.
Your passion for good design, and collaborative problem-solving approach supports your ongoing intention to drive the UX vision. Working closely with senior developers, you will have deep involvement across the full product development lifecycle – delivering high-quality, usable, consistent interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design function, shaping intuitive, user-focused experiences across the procurement platform.
- Conduct user research, gather insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement,
- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Design workflows that streamline complex procurement processes for buyers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with tech leads, engineers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centred design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Be interested in industry trends and best practices in Product and UX design, and where appropriate integrate them into the processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Relevant experience design in a UX Product designer role
- 3+ years of experience designing UX for web-based products, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Comfortable designing for complex workflows and translating them into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Exposure to design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
- Ideally a track record of ideas, pitching them, absorbing feedback, and then seeing them through production.
- Successfully validated ideas via navigation concepts, page layouts, interactions, mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX collateral.
- A passion for user experience design
- Ability to empathise with the end-user.
- Collaborative in delivering solutions through in-team and across-team
- Working with the team to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Capable at confidently presenting UX concept prototypes.
- Appreciate giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance the products.
