Push your career to peak performance! We have a superb on-site opportunity for a creative, detail-driven Mid-Weight Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join a growing lifestyle & fitness company in Cape Town.
In this role, you’ll work across four in-house brands spanning fitness, clothing, and jewellery. You’ll create engaging content (video, writing, design, and photography) to grow Instagram and Facebook communities, promote boosted/paid content, and drive retail and influencer engagement.
Shopify experience is a major advantage, as you’ll also be updating the site with fresh imagery. You’ll use tools like Adobe, Canva, and video editing software while tracking social media KPIs and managing community engagement on platforms like Instagram and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities
- Create content –write, design, and create photographic and video content for Instagram and Facebook posts and reels.
- Posting of content.
- Promote content – boosted/paid advertising.
- Manage retail/influencer engagement.
- Track social media KPI data.
- Community management/engagement.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Industry relevant degree (not prerequisite).
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate, in-office job.
- Must have maintained employment for over a 2-year period in at least one previous role: at a single company, in office, full time.
- UX experience a bonus.
- Meta/GoogleAds experience a bonus.
- Portfolio of work required
- Extremely detail oriented and conscientious personality.
- Multiple references required with full work history.
- Driver’s license and car.
