We have a fabulous opportunity for a Junior (or recent graduate) 2D Animator to work at a high-tech digital agency and explainer video production studio based on-site in beautiful Somerset East in the Eastern Cape. We’re looking for a fun-loving Animator who understands the basic principles of graphic design, has mastered basic core skills of 2D animation and works well alongside a team in delivering professional work.
This is an ideal opportunity to kickstart your 2D animation career working on Global brands and clients – as well as and gaining experience or just adding some adventure to your career trajectory. This role will see you joining a growing team of animators, producers, and writers who make videos for some of the world’s largest brands.
Candidates not based in the Eastern Cape will be assisted with travel and accommodation.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Degree/Diploma in Animation or Design from a recognised institution
- 1+ years’ Design & Animation experience in 2D (Adobe After-Effects, Illustrator)
- Track record of achievement
- Understands basic design principles
