We’re on the lookout for a conceptual Junior Designer to work at an exciting through-the-line boutique agency, on-site in Cape Town’s City Bowl area. It’s an amazing opportunity for an integrated Designer to join a multi-disciplined team working on some great local and international brands. The successful candidate will be a very versatile Designer who loves doing a variety of integrated design work.
If you’re a passionate Designer who loves everything from Packaging design, Corporate ID creation, Environmental Design, through to Digital Design this is engaging role could be just what you’re looking for. Responsibilities
- Working on campaigns in a multi-disciplined team
- Packaging design
- Corporate ID design
- Environmental design
- Digital design
- Produce designs across various brand touch points, from packaging, print, social media and digital
- Maintain awareness of current industry, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- 3-4 Year Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication from a recognised tertiary institution
- 2-3 years’ experience (ideally in a Design studio)
- Strong Design sense
- Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- A portfolio showcasing high-end conceptual design
- A collaborative team player
- A self-starter
- Committed
- Desire to be part of an integrated through-line/design boutique agency.
